Enter the Historical House and you step into another time.
Historical House is a historical landmark of Julian built in 1898
and filled with antiques but meets all your comfort standards with
private baths, central heat, and cable TV, while still retaining
its original charm. Located in Julian townsite, the house is
divided into two private suites and has a separate romantic cottage
in the garden. The Historical House is also well suited for family
gatherings or conferences. The whole house sleeps 8 and is fully
equipped with linens, dishes, t.v., DVD and full kitchen.

An unusual Bed and "make your
own" Breakfast, where privacy, quiet, art, music, and great beds
are the way of life. Sheltered by elegant pines and oaks, our
cabins and screened porches command unsurpassed views from the
Cuyamaca Peaks to the Ocean. Three separate cabins in the
woods on 11 acres feature king beds, wood burning stoves (Big Cat
has a great stone fireplace), and fully stocked kitchens.
Each cabin has a CD-stereo player with a good selection of
classical and new-age music. The New Artists' Loft can
accommodate up to four persons in two separate bedroom suites with
private baths and jetted tubs. Big Cat Cabin and the Cabin at
Strawberry Hill are private getaways for one or two persons
only. All facilities are strictly non-smoker and fragrance
